Where I’m Heading Next: 6 Countries in June!

I’m very excited to announce my latest travel adventures in this post that will keep me busy for the whole of June!
Plane, Travel June

I’ll be visiting six different countries in June – Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Malta and France.

It all kicks off in the 2nd of June when I fly to Bologna, a place I fell in love with in just 14 short hours last summer. It’s not often you can say that about a place, but Bologna seems to have something about it that everyone falls for. I’ll be taking part in a trip which involves three different countries – Italy, Croatia and Slovenia. I’m very excited because I haven’t been to Slovenia before so I can’t wait to explore some of Slovenia and see what it has to offer.

Venice, Travel June

Oh Venice, you’re such a knockout

After that trip ends it’s home to Scotland for just long enough to wash my clothes, re-pack and breathe for a minute before I fly out to Venice to get on board Celebrity Cruises ship Celebrity Silhouette. I’ll be on board for 11 nights and visiting some exciting ports of call – Dubrovnik, Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples, Catania, Valletta, Kotor, Split and then returning to Venice for a few days of exploration. I’m beyond excited to return to Kotor in Montenegro as the sail up the ria to get to the city of Kotor is one of the most beautiful sails I’ve ever been lucky enough to experience. I’ll be writing lots about this trip on my dedicated cruise blog Emma on Board, so be sure to check back there to read all about it.

Kotor, Montenegro, Travel June

Beautiful sail to Kotor

From there it’s back home to Scotland to wash all my clothes and re-pack again before I fly off to Paris! Shockingly I’ve never actually been to Paris before, despite it only being a short flight from my home in Scotland. I can’t wait to explore the city and see the Eiffel Tower. I know it’s a bit of a cliche, but what would a trip to Paris be without seeing the famous tower?!

As always I’ll be posting about my trips as they happen on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram so be sure to follow me on those channels to keep up to date with all my escapades. June is looking set to be a busy, but incredible month!

Do you have any plans for June? Let me know in the comments below.
