I’ve admitted before on here that London isn’t a city that I particularly like, but some parts of it still appeal to me. I like the variety of cultures and nationalities, I like that you can find food from the majority of nations in the world, I like the diversity, I like the open spaces and quirky places. There are many elements that I like about London. So here’s a few London pictures from my last visit to the UK’s capital…
One of London’s most recent icons set against typically British grey skies…
Patriotic London
Wandering through Trafalgar Square at night. It’s way more peaceful by night…
Pretty lanterns in London’s Chinatown
Camden Markets are one of my favourite places in London to browse for unusual pieces

I love all the different types of cuisine you can find so easily in London. On the left is some fried seaweed that I enjoyed in Chinatown, and on the right a Dolsot Bibimbap from Soju, an unassuming Korean restaurant in Soho.
I attended the World Travel Market conference in London recently and whilst I was stuck inside working and networking all day, I managed to catch this nice sunset just outside the venue…
I know it’s a little early to be getting excited for Christmas but this tree was HUGE and I couldn’t help but be a little enchanted by it!

I’m not a big fan of London too and I always feel bad about it as everyone around seems to love it. But I do appreciate the city for exactly the same reasons you’ve mentioned and I keep comming back there to experience the diversity that can’t be found anywhere else!
Yes, I feel a bit bad about it too. I think London is one of those places that you either love or hate. There doesn’t seem to be many people who have a middle ground opinion of it.
I love London
and love your pics!
Thanks, Mrs O! So kind
I like London a lot! Great job capturing it in pictures!
Thanks, Julika
