No, your eyes are not decieving you- that is a little house on top of an industrial chimney! It’s a work of art by the incredibly talented Japanese artist Tatzu Nishi. Villa Cheminée is part of the Estuaire project, which sees some incredible works of art line the Loire River from the city of Nantes to Saint Nazaire.
